Kofman has worked at Meta for five years, most recently as senior director of product management for generative artificial intelligence (AI). Her rich experience will undoubtedly bring new perspectives and strategies to OpenAI.<\/p>\n<p>AI startups like OpenAI are actively recruiting from large tech companies, especially social media platforms.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.1ai.net\/en\/tag\/%e9%ab%98%e7%ae%a1\" title=\"[Sees articles with labels]\" target=\"_blank\" >Executives<\/a>, in order to enhance its competitiveness.
