For example, the company is launching an AI assistant that therapists can use to counsel clients. The AI can quote what a client has said during a session or remind the therapist of specific details about their personal experience or treatment plan.<\/p>\n<p>Yung Sidekick CEO and co-founder Michael Redd said the company plans to roll out more patient-centered features, such as AI-powered customer chats, to create a more comprehensive and effective treatment experience for both sides of the process.<\/p>\n<p>The platform is compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, no personal health information or client details are stored, every report and note generated is anonymized, and all recordings are deleted immediately after processing.
