India's largest private conglomerate owned by Asia's richest man, Mukesh Ambani.<strong>Reliance Group to acquire 56% shares in Addverb in 2022 and become an absolute controlling shareholder of Addverb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Addverb unveiled the company's plans to invest in a sizable humanoid robot at NVIDIA's AI Summit 2024 India in October to a select audience.<\/p>\n<p>According to the plan, Addverb will initially produce humanoid robots at a factory on the outskirts of Noida, close to India's capital, New Delhi.<strong>Production capacity of about 100 units in the first year<\/strong>Addverb has completed the design of a humanoid robot that will compete with humanoid robots from other countries, targeting the American, European and Western markets.<\/p>\n<p>Sangeet Kumar says Addverb's humanoid robots can perform jobs in the fashion, retail, and energy industries, though<strong>No specific use cases or selling prices are mentioned.<\/strong>In addition, the company is in early discussions with the Indian Space Agency about a humanoid robot mission to Mars.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nov. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Sangeet Kumar, co-founder and chief executive officer of Indian robotics firm Addverb, said in an interview that the company intends to launch a humanoid robot product by 2025, Bloomberg reported early this morning.
