Microsoft Azure, OpenAI's exclusive cloud service provider, also reported a \"power\" problem in its data center today, so it's safe to assume that a power failure in Microsoft's data center is the culprit.<\/p>\n<p>This ChatGPT service outage is not an isolated case, as there have been several similar incidents over the past few months.
