It analyzes the user's prompts and lists the answer steps in detail, making the reasoning process clearer.<\/p>\n<p>Like OpenAI's o1, Deep Thinking does not have access to real-time information on the web, its knowledge base is currently only updated through October 2023, and it does not display sources.<\/p>\n<p>\"Deep Thinking is currently only available to some free Copilot users, and there is a limit to the number of times it can be used. Free users are limited to approximately three times per week, while the limit for paid users is closer to 50 times per week depending on the number of Copilot Pro users who also use the feature.<\/p>\n<p>If there are too many users using Deep Think at the same time, the icon turns translucent, indicating that the feature is consuming a lot of resources, which is why Microsoft can't offer more usage even for Pro users.<\/p>\n<p>Windows Latest tests show that Deep Thinking excels at tasks that require deep reasoning and analysis, such as math and science problems, coding challenges, scenario planning, and idea generation.<\/p>\n<p>For example, in the fitness program test, Deep Thinking was able to provide not only a training program based on user prompts, but also more comprehensive guidance on protein intake, training movement details, and nutritional advice based on user goals (e.g., muscle hypertrophy), whereas conventional Copilot required multiple interactions to achieve similar results.
