According to court documents, Musk's $97.4 billion (note: currently about Rs. 712.113 billion) buyout proposal on February 10, made with a group of investment giants, shows that his claim to prevent OpenAI's for-profit transformation was essentially \"an attempt toUndermining competitors through improper means<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Musk's lawyer, Mark Tobleroff, has not yet commented.<\/p>\n

The document, filed along with the contents of the acquisition proposal, comes as the two billionaires await a ruling from U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers on Musk's request for a stay of OpenAI's reorganization plan, and while Musk has suggested that theCollaboration Between OpenAI and Microsoft May Violate Antitrust Laws<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Altman has rejected the takeover proposal, emphasizing that the company is \"not for sale\" and arguing that Musk's request for a buyoutTo \"slow us down.\"<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Musk's move to acquire OpenAI contradicts the position he has taken in court, as he has claimed that transferring OpenAI's assets during the reorganization process would violate the company's charitable trust mission. The lawyers noted in Wednesday's filing:<\/p>\n
