However, the video has now been pulled from OpenAI's official website and YouTube page.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-38091\" title=\"c816bfe1j00syahec001ud000rs00i4p\" src=\"https:\/\/www.1ai.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/c816bfe1j00syahec001ud000rs00i4p.jpg\" alt=\"c816bfe1j00syahec001ud000rs00i4p\" width=\"1000\" height=\"652\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Does this move signal a problem with the acquisition program or a change in plans for Yves' design work at OpenAI? According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, the acquisition program is still moving forward and the acquisition has not been terminated or similarly problematic. Gurman noted that the real reason the video was taken down was because of a court injunction.<strong>Demand that OpenAI withdraw all promotional material involving the name \"io\".<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>OpenAI later confirmed this claim, updating its statement on its old announcement page to say, \"Since iyO has filed a complaint against us for using the name 'io', we are not able to provide any information about our use of the name 'io',\" it said.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.1ai.net\/en\/tag\/%e5%95%86%e6%a0%87\" title=\"[See articles with [mark] labels]\" target=\"_blank\" >trademark<\/a>The complaint was filed and the court granted an injunction, which resulted in the page being temporarily taken offline. We disagree with the complaint and are evaluating our response options.\" The company also emphasized that this incident does not affect the acquisition deal with io.<\/p>\n<p>1AI understands that iyO, the other party in the trademark dispute, is a company hatched out of Google parent Alphabet X's \"moon factory.\" iyO's first product is a set of headphones based on generative artificial intelligence technology.
