According to Gulman, Meta Ray-Ban Display is the first smart glasses that make him feel really good and the product that he believes consumers will wear. He also disclosed that the price of the product was much lower than the company ' s manufacturing cost, that is, Meta was selling the glasses at a loss。

Gulman also revealed that he had learned that Meta was developing another smart glasses, which would be equipped with screens in both lenses and would be launched in 2027, but that such a product would significantly increase prices, but the biggest innovation would be the real hologram of AR glasses introduced later that year。

This arrangement seems to be a little off, but Meta may think that the pricing of AR smart glasses is bound to be very high. Even Ray-Ban Display, which currently sells $799 (note: the current exchange rate is approximately RMB 5687), is no longer cheap.
