OF THE 100 ARTICLES MARKED AS AI, ONLY 5 INFORMED THE READER OF AI PARTICIPATION AT THE END OF THE TEXT OR IN THE NOTES. ONLY 7 OUT OF 100 NEWSPAPERS INTERVIEWED ALLOWED AI TO GENERATE CONTENT IN A PUBLIC EDITING CODE\u3002<\/p>\n

Even the media that explicitly forbids AI is not without problems. The New York Post and the Michigan Journal publicly banned AI, but still published reports that Pangram had been found to be AI-generated\u3002<\/p>\n

AI's applications range from fully automated weather to the reader's question and answer column \u201cDear Annie\u201d written by AI. The media, Argonaut, was found to have produced the entire newspaper by AI, and the so-called journalist is a fiction\u3002<\/p>\n
