IN ADDITION, THE AMERICANS OF 52% BELIEVE THAT AI IS BETTER THAN AN ARTIFICIAL AGENT IN TERMS OF PRICE, AND THE Z GENERATION OF 42% EVEN THINKS THAT AI IS BETTER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE\u3002<\/p>\n<p>HOWEVER, THERE HAS BEEN A SIGNIFICANT DECLINE IN TRUST IN THE LINK BETWEEN THE SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS AND THE DETERMINATION OF LIABILITY FOR ACCIDENTS.
