The company will get more and more<strong>A CEO with a lot of control, Agent<\/strong>And these Agents will be cheaper every year because the cost of reasoning is falling fast\u3002<\/p>\n<p>And he also said<strong>Future companies are as fast as building blocks<\/strong>In the future, the competitiveness of an enterprise can be seen in, first, the use of Agent as early as possible; secondly, the use of the smartest Agent; and thirdly, the use of closed-ring data from a company to make your Agent more powerful than any other company using the same technology. Early, fast, closed-ring data\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1AI NOTED THAT THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT LI KAIJI HAD MADE A SIMILAR POINT. AT THE 2025 GOTC GLOBAL OPEN SOURCE TECHNOLOGY SUMMIT ON NOVEMBER 1, LI SAID AGAIN, \"TODAY, AN ENTERPRISE'S ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE IS BASICALLY HUMAN, AND SLOWLY THESE PEOPLE ARE BUSINESS<strong>Some may be partially or entirely replaced by AI Agent<\/strong>In the end, most of the organizational structure of a company will be Agent, with fewer and fewer people, and may be able to do a more difficult, structured task in it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWE CAN IMAGINE THAT THERE ARE TASKS IN ONE BUSINESS SECTOR THAT AI CAN HELP US DO BETTER, THAT THERE ARE MANY TASKS IN SOME SECTORS THAT CAN BE OPTIMIZED, THAT MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS CAN WORK TOGETHER, AND THAT EVENTUALLY WE GIVE THE COMPANY CEO A TOOL, THAT HE BECOMES THE HEAD OF AI, AND IN THE PROCESS THE STRUCTURE OF OUR ENTIRE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN CHANGED\u3002<\/p>\n<p>In Li's opinion<strong>A man's unicorn company will emerge in the future<\/strong>Such a company would build a valuable company, even a unicorn, with Agent, because he wouldn't be tired, could work 24 hours, seven days, and he didn't have the temper to fight, and he could copy.\"<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On December 7th, a keynote address was delivered by CEO Lee, President of the Innovation Factory, at the 2025 (Thirty-third) Annual Conference of Impact Entrepreneurs (formerly the Annual Meeting of Chinese Business Leaders) in Beijing.
