xAI ' s apparent failure to implement effective protective measures has led to condemnation by global regulators\u3002<\/p>\n

The British Media Regulatory Authority (Ofcom) stated on Monday, local time, that it was aware of \u201csignificant concerns\u201d about the Grok function and had \u201curgently contacted Platform X and XAI to request information on measures taken to comply with their legal obligations to protect British users\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n

The Government of France, on Friday of local time, accused Grok of producing \u201cmanifestly illegal\u201d content on platform X without the consent of the party concerned and pointed out that the matter might be contrary to the EU Digital Services Act.
