According to a client e-mail that is being uploaded on Hacker News, Anthropic announces that since midday, April 4th, Pacific Time, the subscriber \u201ccan no longer use your Claude subscription for third-party integration tools such as OpenClaw\u201d. Users are required to cover additional usage costs through a fee-on-demand scheme that separates subscription services\u3002<\/p>\n

The company stated that, although new regulations are being implemented today only for OpenClaw, the policy \u201capplies to all third-party integration tools and will soon be extended to more third-party tools\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n

Under the banner of Anthropic Claude Code, Boris Cherny, head of social networking platform X, stated that the company's subscription service \u201cis not designed for the use of such third-party tools\u201d, and is now \u201cdifficultally planning for the development of a rhythm to provide services to users on a sustainable and long-term basis\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n
