They are seeking compensation, unspecified, for Nemo ' s use of his work over the past three years\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The works involved in the lawsuit include Keane&#039;s novel &quot;Ghost Walk&quot;, Nazemian&#039;s novel &quot;Like a Love Story&quot; and O&#039;Nan&#039;s novella &quot;The Last Night of the Lobster&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Nvidia declined to comment on the lawsuit on Sunday. Lawyers for the writers did not respond to requests for comment.<\/p>\n<p>The case draws Nvidia into a growing number of lawsuits by writers and publishers against generative AI systems, which can create new content based on inputs such as text, images and sound.<\/p>\n<p>Nvidia touts NeMo as a fast and affordable way to generate AI.
