Clay Pavor, a former Google executive, founded Sierra in 2023. He observed that AI was narrowing the gap between junior and senior staff. In his view, the students of AI, who had been experimenting for a long time during the university period, had a real advantage in integrating new technologies into business processes, and many companies were eager to introduce that capacity\u3002<\/p>\n

In order to screen such talent, Sierra has adjusted the engineering interview process. Instead of relying on traditional writing tests, the company requires candidates to construct an application using their preferred AI programming tool and to pay the relevant Token fees.
