At that meeting, the National Development and Reform Commission, together with the relevant departments, issued a joint publication entitled<strong>Action plan for cooperative development of artificial intelligence<\/strong>\u300b.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-54893\" title=\"7d718e1bj00ticoyp00xad000v90hkp\" src=\"https:\/\/www.1ai.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/7d718e1bj00ticoyp00xad000v900hkp.jpg\" alt=\"7d718e1bj00ticoyp00xad000v90hkp\" width=\"1125\" height=\"632\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Plan of Action for Artificial Intelligence Cooperative Development proposes eight actions in the areas of data, numeracy, ecology, enabling, talent, rules, governance and ethics, such as quality data supply, smart computing for all, open-source ecological sharing, artificial intellectual depth empowerment, co-production of intellectuals, rule-building, security governance collaboration, artificial intelligence for good, and so forth, in response to United Nations initiatives to strengthen international cooperation on artificial intelligence, bridge the digital divide and promote the sustainable development of artificial intelligence\u3002<\/p>\n<p>At that meeting, the National Development and Reform Commission, together with the relevant departments, also issued a publication entitled<strong>China Jie-won (2026)<\/strong>Casebook. For the third consecutive year, the Case Book of China ' s Jie-Wei World (2026) was launched by the National Development and Reform Commission and contains 10 vivid stories of international cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence. The coverage of countries in the region is broader than in previous years, the application of artificial intelligence + is richer, the concept of \u201cpeople-centred, intelligent-to-good\u201d is more prominent, and the valuable results of international cooperation in artificial intelligence are taken together, demonstrating China\u2019s wisdom and China\u2019s programme of contribution to global development of artificial intelligence\u3002<\/p>\n<p>IT HOUSE NOTED THAT THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, TOGETHER WITH INTERESTED PARTIES, HAS ISSUED A PUBLICATION<strong>International Action Plan on Ethical Governance of Artificial Intelligence<\/strong>It provides a framework for action for global artificial intelligence governance that is both principled and operational\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The action plan is an important public product for the international community. Within the framework of the United Nations Compact for the Future and its annex, the Global Digital Compact, the Plan of Action focuses on ethical governance of artificial intelligence throughout its life cycle, risk classification and control, the building of agile governance mechanisms, the development of industrial chains in synergy with eco-culture, and the creation of a social climate. It calls upon States to strengthen policy coordination and practical cooperation in the context of their own practical and positive actions and in accordance with the principle of co-sharing\u3002<\/p>\n<p>As a next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in conjunction with the relevant international organizations, will continue to take the action plan to the ground.
