He said that a new generation of cooling systems was reducing water and energy consumption in data centres\u3002<\/p>\n<p>He also saw the construction of data centres as part of the rehabilitation of the United States manufacturing industry, considering that new projects could bring about community facilities such as employment, upgrading schools and roads.
