THE EXECUTIVE ORDER ALSO STATED THAT THE TERMINOLOGY USED BY THE UNITED STATES FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD REFLECT THE ABILITY OF THESE TECHNOLOGIES TO CHANGE AND THE UNLIMITED OPPORTUNITIES THEY CREATED FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. THE TERM \u201cSUPER-SMART\u201d THEREFORE MORE APPROPRIATELY REFLECTS THE POTENTIAL, POTENTIAL AND ABILITY OF THESE TECHNOLOGIES TO DEVELOP RAPIDLY.
