According to the Wall Street Journal, Clayton will chair the Super-Intelligence Working Group, which will in fact become the new Super-Intelligence Manager; Andrew Ferguson, President of the United States Federal Trade Commission; Emil Michael, Deputy Minister for Research and Engineering, United States Department of Defense; and Scott Kupper, Director of the United States Personnel Administration, will serve as Vice-Chairpersons\u3002<\/p>\n

According to the introduction,The task force needs to submit a report within 120 days analysing the risks and development opportunities posed by artificial intelligence<\/strong>I don't know. Clayton had previously argued that it would be irresponsible for the United States to opt for a \u201cback-down\u201d if countries such as China continued to move forward with the relevant technology. He again expressed a similar view in an interview with the Wall Street Journal and insisted that one of the greatest risks was not to take the first place in the industry\u3002<\/p>\n
