The programme, which was extended to three years, required amendments to the Higher Education Act\u3002<\/p>\n<p>From this examination onwards, a Smart Glass Identification Commissioner will be appointed at each point of examination and will contact the local education department and the emergency centre of the Ministry of Education for review as necessary.
