Principle I: It is recommended that the most up-to-date models be used\u200b<\/a><\/h2>\n

If you are using an AI product directly, such as ChatGPT or Midjourney, you don't need to worry about this principle. If you are using it via API or OpenAI Playground, it is recommended that you test it with the latest models first.<\/p>\n

Principle 2: Prompts should ideally contain complete information.\u200b<\/a><\/h2>\n

This is the factor that has the biggest impact on the outcome. For example if you want the AI to write a poem about OpenAI.<\/p>\n

Principle 3: Prompts should be simple and easy to understand, and minimize ambiguity.\u200b<\/a><\/h2>\n
This is easier to understand, even if you talk to people and say simple phrases, they will be more likely to understand you, and the same is true for AI. Also, there is a need to reduce ambiguity and use less ambiguous words in the prompt.<\/p>\n
For example, like this one is very unclear, what do you mean by not too much more?<\/p>\n

Also note that simple doesn't mean short. Your prompt can be very long, and it doesn't matter if it's longer, as long as your prompt is more descriptive.<\/p>\n
Principle 4: Prompt should use correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.\u200b<\/a><\/h2>\n
Be sure to pay attention to grammar and spelling, especially when using the English word prompt.<\/p>\n
