NVIDIA<\/a>andLenovo<\/a>The expanded partnership announced today delivers new hybrid solutions and engineering collaboration in support of their shared vision to bring the power of generative AI to every enterprise.<\/p>\n Through close collaboration with NVIDIA, Lenovo will provide fully integrated systems that bring AI-driven computing to wherever data is generated, from edge to cloud environments, helping companies easily deploy customized generative AI applications to drive innovation and transformation across all industries.<\/p>\n Lenovo Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang and NVIDIA founder and CEO Jen-Hsun Huang introduced the products during a keynote at Lenovo\u2019s annual Tech World conference in Austin, Texas, and discussed enterprises\u2019 need for end-to-end solutions that combine accelerated systems, AI software and expert services to quickly build and run customized AI models using their own data.<\/p>\n Supported by the new Lenovo AI Professional Services Practice, these solutions enable enterprises to take a hybrid cloud approach, using NVIDIA AI Foundations cloud services to build customized AI models and run them on-premises on Lenovo systems, powered by NVIDIA\u2019s latest hardware and software designed for generative AI.<\/p>\n \u201cTogether, Lenovo and NVIDIA are driving a new era of hybrid AI in the enterprise, designing next-generation technologies to build an AI-driven future and unleash the power of data wherever it is created,\u201d said Kirk Skaugen, president of Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group. \u201cThis expanded collaboration between Lenovo and NVIDIA on engineering and time-to-market simplifies the path to generative AI for everyone and helps customers everywhere quickly transform their businesses using cutting-edge AI.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAs generative AI drives the greatest technological transformation of our time, enterprises are looking for solutions that give them the flexibility to develop and deploy workloads across workstations, data centers and the cloud,\u201d said Bob Pette, vice president of enterprise platforms at NVIDIA. \u201cNVIDIA and Lenovo are delivering a comprehensive portfolio of hybrid AI systems that enterprises can rely on to power generative AI virtually anywhere.\u201d<\/p>\n Lenovo\u2019s NVIDIA-powered systems are optimized to run NVIDIA AI Enterprise software for secure, supportable, and stable production AI. Through the NVIDIA NeMo\u2122 framework in NVIDIA AI Enterprise, organizations can customize enterprise-grade large-scale language models available on NVIDIA AI Foundation. Using the latest Retrieval-Augmented Generative (RAG) technology and fine-tuning methods, enterprises can use their unique on-premises data to build optimized generative AI applications running on Lenovo\u2019s hybrid AI solution.<\/p>\n At the heart of the companies\u2019 expanded partnership are Lenovo ThinkSystem SR675 V3 servers and ThinkStation PX workstations, which are optimized for production AI running NVIDIA AI Enterprise. The ThinkSystem SR675 V3 will include NVIDIA L40S GPUs, NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPUs, and NVIDIA Spectrum-X networking.
