Randy Ng, Executive Vice President of Oracle Applications Development, told CNBC: \"Traditional AI is very good at testing models or predicting numbers... But you can't predict numbers using large language models. We therefore combine our ability to predict numbers with our ability to interpret words. The two are very strong and one cannot be separated. Over the past years, the numerical projection component has become very mature. As part of the product, we will continue to develop and the process will not stop. Generating AI is now a hot topic.\"<\/p>\n<p>In March, Oracle announced that it had embedded additional generative AI capabilities in applications such as finance, supply chain, human resources, sales, marketing, and service. These generative AI capabilities can perform tasks such as generating financial reports and drafting job ads, improving productivity and reducing business costs, Oracle said.<\/p>\n<p>This follows the company\u2019s announcement in January that it was implementing generative AI into its technology stack.<span class=\"spamTxt\">up to date<\/span>Measures.<\/p>\n<p>CEO Safra Catz said in March that the company signed several &quot;large new cloud infrastructure&quot; contracts during its fiscal third quarter.
