In order to make a profit by making and selling "AI plug-ins", the defendant Wang Mouhe contacted Wan Mouzhi, Zhang Mou (handled in another case) and others in 2022 to write "AI plug-in" programs. After the program was completed, Wang Mouhe used the online platform to recruit Chen Mouyong, Zhang Mouwen (handled in another case) and others as agents to sell the program, and made a profit by selling "AI plug-in" point card passwords.<\/p>\n

Until the incident,Wang Mouhe's illegal profits totaled more than 6.29 million yuan<\/span>During this period, more than 840,000 yuan was paid to Wan for production costs, and more than 420,000 yuan was paid to Zhang for production costs.<\/p>\n

After identification, it was found that the "cvc" and other programs in the "AI plug-in" involved in the case obtained unauthorized access to game screen data in multiple games, made unauthorized modifications to the mouse data instructions processed in the game, added "automatic aiming" and "automatic shooting" functions to the game, interfered with the normal operation environment of the game, and were destructive programs.<\/p>\n

The box program source code has the function of receiving mouse data instructions transmitted from the computer USB port, calculating and parsing the instructions, and then sending the calculation results to the computer USB port, thereby realizing the function of controlling the computer mouse pointer to move and click automatically.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Yujiang District People's Court of Yingtan City held that the defendant Wang Mouhe provided programs and tools specifically used to invade and illegally control computer information systems and obtained huge profits. His actions constituted the crime of providing programs and tools for invading and illegally controlling computer information systems, and the circumstances were particularly serious.The defendant Wang Mouhe confessed his crime truthfully after being arrested, which is considered as confession, and he can be given a lighter punishment according to law; he voluntarily pleaded guilty and returned the illegal gains, and he can be treated leniently according to law.<\/span>The court then made the above judgment.<\/p>\n

In mid-August 2023, the Cyber Security Brigade of Yujiang Public Security Bureau discovered a clue to an industrial chain suspected of illegal production and sale of game "plug-ins" during an online patrol. It also jointly organized more than 20 police officers from the Food and Drug Environmental Protection Investigation and Criminal Investigation Brigade to go to Zhejiang, Chongqing and other places to carry out a crackdown operation.A total of 10 suspects were arrested in this operation, including 2 authors of the "plug-in" program, 1 general agent, 5 first-level agents, and 2 second-level agents.<\/span>.<\/p>\n

At the scene, 10 desktop computers, 7 laptops, 11 mobile phones, card password generation programs, "plug-in" source code, "plug-in" auxiliary hardware, and some semi-finished hardware were seized.The amount of money involved in the case is as high as 30 million<\/span>, the entire chain successfully cracked down on AI technology model game "plug-ins", which is the first case in the country.<\/p>\n
