In the case of unregulated content, the platform is required to fill or correct the mark and to provide an educational warning to the publisher concerned. The Office indicated that the next step would be to increase the level of guidance on and oversight of the website platform, and that it would be severely punished and made publicly available to platforms that failed to comply with the required billing and accountability。
