TIANJIN: THE USE OF AUTO-GENERATED PRESCRIPTIONS LIKE AI IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN FOR INTERNET CONSULTATIONS
On 6 February, in the news, on 4 February, the Tianjin City Health Board announced the publication and implementation of the Tienjin City Internet Clinical Care Enforcement Scheme (the Pilot Scheme) (hereinafter referred to as the Scheme). The Scheme requires that medical records of the Internet consultations carried out by medical institutions be managed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the outpatient electronic medical records, for a period of not less than 15 years, and for a period of not less than 3 years for the record of the proceedings such as graph conversations, audio-visual material, etc., in the treatment.
