March 8, 2011 - McDonald's is using AI technology to improve the operational efficiency of its 43,000 restaurants around the world, according to a report today by foreign media outlet TechSpot. The company's chief information officer, Brian Rice, said AI will help employees ease the stress of daily tasks, including interactions with customers and suppliers, as well as issues such as equipment malfunctions.
