The Network of Artificial Intelligence Think Tanks is co-sponsored by the Centre for the Study of Universal Development Studies, Beijing Express Science and Technology Ltd., Beijing Quishu Zhang Zhang Science and Technology Co. Liu Gang, chief economist of the China Institute of New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Strategy, suggests that the think tank network should organize regular exchanges and expand cross-disciplinary, cross-industry and transnational cooperation to jointly promote research on the innovation and development of AI.
Lu Junqun, Secretary General of Tsinghua University's Institute for International Governance of Artificial Intelligence (IIGAI), suggested that the establishment of the AI Think Tank Network will play a positive role in promoting national strategic decision-making, key issues of the industry, transformation and application of the results, international cooperation, talent cultivation and knowledge popularization, ethics and law.
