March 7, 2011 - According to foreign media outlet The Information today, theCo-founder of GoogleLarry Page created a company called Dynatomics of AI CompaniesThe company is focused on applying AI to product manufacturing.
According to the report, Page is working with a small group of engineers to develop AI that can create "highly optimized" designs for objects that will then be manufactured in factories.
The report mentions that Chris Anderson, who was previously the CTO of Page-backed electric airplane startup Kittyhawk, is leading the secret project.
1AI's search for publicly available information reveals that Larry Page is a computer scientist and Internet entrepreneur who founded Google Inc. in 1998 with Sergey Brin. Page is also the inventor of PageRank, Google's search ranking algorithm.
