April 5 - In celebration of its 50th anniversary, theMicrosoftSeveral new features for Copilot have just been announced. These AI tools will be rolled out gradually over the next few months, but some of the upgraded features are already available.

One of the interesting features announced today is Bing search engine Copilot Search. The tool combines traditional web search with generative search results.
1AI has learned from Microsoft's blog that the feature, which Microsoft claims "transforms web search," allows Copilot Search to examine information from multiple sites via Bing to display more detailed and accurate responses. These search results will show citations and suggestions that lead people to more information about a topic.
While combining traditional search with generative AI isn't a new feature, and Google already has quite a few results, many people complain that Google search doesn't generate good enough results, according to the foreign media outlet Windows Central.
If Microsoft can use Copilot to make Bing a better tool for finding useful information, it will greatly help increase the value of the Bing brand. It's also convenient that Microsoft named the results tool "Copilot Search" because it looks brand new to customers, rather than a simple update to Bing.
