May 20 News.Googlehas officially launched for Android and iOS. NotebookLM mobile application, coinciding with the eve of Google's I/O conference.

Since its launch in 2023, the AI-based NotebookLM has been limited to desktop use, primarily as a note-taking and research assistant tool to help users better understand and organize complex information. Now, Google is expanding its service to mobile devices, giving users access to this powerful tool anytime, anywhere.
According to 1AI, one of NotebookLM's core features is intelligent summarization, which can quickly distill key information from documents and other materials to help users efficiently access core content. The mobile app also supports the "Audio Overview" feature, which generates podcasts produced by NotebookLM AI based on user-supplied information. Users can play these audios in the background and listen to them offline, making them easy to use for commuting, exercising, and more.
In terms of note management, users can create new notebooks and view the contents of existing notebooks through the mobile app. In addition, when users browse a web page, PDF file or watch a YouTube video on their device, they can add the content as a new source by simply tapping the share icon and selecting NotebookLM. Users can also view uploaded materials in each notebook for easy review and organization at any time.
