June 16 news.OpenAI announced that its ChatGPT Codex Introduced a new feature that allows users to generate multiple solutions for a single task and choose the best answer from among them.
Codex is an OpenAI product that was launched in April of this year. AI Programming Tools, can help developers write code and assign programming tasks.
According to this update note, the ChatGPT Codex is now able to generate multiple answers for a single task at the same time. Meaning users can explore multiple solutions and choose the most suitable one without requesting OpenAI to provide an alternative method.
In addition, OpenAI has added a number of keyboard shortcuts to Codex and has dedicated a page for users to explore these shortcuts. For example, users can quickly open Codex by pressing ⌘-/ on macOS or Ctrl+/ on other platforms.

Codex is built on codex-1, a new version of ChatGPT based on the existing o3 model, optimized to be better suited to programming tasks for improved accuracy. codex can pull code bases from GitHub and can write new code, make pull requests, and run each task in a separate sandbox.
Currently, Codex requires a $20 (note: current exchange rate is about Rs. 144) subscription to the Plus service in order to use it.
