The user can find Media Watermark in entry 3 of the last countdown of the menu after opening Settings in the Gemini leftbar. After hovering the mouse over this option, the interface displays On and Off2 options。
When you keep it on, Gemini will keep visible watermarks; when closed, visible watermarks in images, videos and music will be removed。
Google indicated that, after closing the visible watermarks, the Syntid Invisible Watermark (Identified AI Generating Content) and C2PA metadata (Registration of Sources and Edition Information) would remain in the works produced by AI。
