NVIDIA collects video footage from YouTube and other sources to train AI, internal conversations show that employees involved in the project have questioned the legalities of such unauthorized use, but project managers say they have permission from the highest levels of the company and are compliant with copyright laws, an NVIDIA employee revealed that the company requires the collection of video from YouTube, Netflix, and other sources to be used for the Omniverse 3D generator, autonomous driving systems, and "digital human" products.
