Recently, the Hire Big Data Research Institute released the National College Graduate Employment Trends and Outlook 2023. The report shows that the average recruitment monthly salary of student positions for the class of 2021 is 9292 yuan, and for the class of 2023 it is 10342 yuan, which has risen by 1050 yuan in three years. From the perspective of the average recruitment monthly salary of newly posted positions for freshmen of the Class of 2023 in each subsector, artificial intelligence ranks first with RMB 18,592; blockchain, senior care services, and aviation/aerospace equipment rank second to fourth with RMB 17,467, RMB 16,992, and RMB 16,042 respectively. From the perspective of the salary increase of the above industries in the past three years, pharmaceutical outsourcing, blockchain, artificial intelligence, internet healthcare, computer hardware, aviation/aerospace equipment have all increased their recruitment salary by more than 40% in the past three years.
