Claude Code's founders claim that the age of one army is coming

The founder of Claude Code, Boris Cherny, presented the concept of one-man army, the most efficient developer being CEOs, leading dozens of Agents to get their products online; he noted that good ideas and the ability to move to the market became new scarce resources after project realization was no longer a bottleneck, and that simply adding an AI button to the editor would not be enough to increase productivity; and Anthropic increased the per capita code output eight-fold by cleaning up bottlenecks on a case-by-case basis, and predicted that in the future Agent would move from functional to complete product。
