U.S. chipmaker NVIDIA plans to invest in several cities in Indonesia, including a school focused on artificial intelligence in Central Java, Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka said on Thursday. Raka revealed that NVIDIA Chief Executive Officer Jen-Hsun Huang conveyed the investment plans during his visit to Indonesia last week, but Raka did not provide more details about those plans.
