On July 7th, according to The Insider of Business, a recent study by Harvard Business School and INSEAD shows that AI’s original start-up company is reshaping its career structure, with smaller and flater teams and significantly reduced demand for junior staff. The study analysed the Y Combinator Startup Company between 2020 and 2024, as well as the United States Startup Enterprise that received windfall support.
