Meta plans to add 1-4 GW of nuclear power capacity in the U.S. to support AI and environmental goals
Meta became the latest tech giant to focus on nuclear energy when it announced on Tuesday local time that it is seeking nuclear energy developers to submit proposals to support its artificial intelligence and environmental goals, Reuters reported. More and more tech giants are looking at the potential of atomic energy as demand for electricity is expected to surge.
