AI will plunder scripts and pose a direct threat to local film and TV industry, warns UK Film Council
June 9, 2011 - The British Film Institute (BFI) has warned that a large number of AI companies are illegally using 130,000 film and TV scripts to train their models, an infringement of copyright that poses a direct threat to the entire UK film and TV industry, the Guardian reported today.
