He described the wave of artificial intelligence as “the largest wave of infrastructure construction in the history of mankind”, stating that the process would create “massive employment opportunities”。

Huang In-hoon added at the Davos Forum that the current demand for physical jobs in the United States in the area of artificial intelligence infrastructure is “significantly increasing” and that the level of pay for some jobs is almost double. He said, “These jobs, as we call them, such as chip factories, computer factories or artificial intelligence plants, can be paid up to six figures per year, but there is a serious shortage of such personnel at present.”
