StarDrive Chronicles: end-to-end native robotics large model ERA-42 released

StarDynamics released the end-to-end native robotics large model ERA-42, which is officially claimed to be the industry's first large model that allows a five-fingered dexterous hand to use multiple tools and complete hundreds of complex operational tasks as if it were a human hand, relying on the same body. The model does not require pre-programming skills, and with its generalization and adaptive power, it can collect a small amount of data to learn a new task in less than 2 hours. Based on its ability, the five-fingered dexterous hand, XHAND1, has learned to perform more than 100 complex operational tasks with different tools. In addition, the study shows that the success rate of the task increases significantly when the model size is increased, initially reflecting a "scaling effect" similar to that in large language model training.
