StepStar Closes Hundreds of Millions of Dollars in Series B Financing

Recently, the big model unicorn Step Star has completed the B round of financing, with a total financing amount of hundreds of millions of dollars. It is reported that the financing has a number of state-owned capital, strategic and financial investors and other participants, the core investors including Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment Company Limited and its funds, strategic and financial investors including Tencent Investment, Five Source Capital, Qiming Venture Capital and so on. This financing is used to continue to invest in basic model research and development, strengthen multimodal and complex reasoning capabilities, and increase coverage of C-end application scenarios through products and ecology to provide rich user experience.
