Ant Group: creates AI innovation unit NextEvo

NextEvo, an AI innovation research and development and application department, was established within Ant Group, with Xu Peng, vice president of Ant Group, as the head. Xu Peng had worked at Google for 11 years, responsible for and led the core technology development of Google Translate, and participated in the algorithm development of Google's display advertising system.NextEvo is an elite AI department within Ant, responsible for the core technology development of Ant AI, including the research and development of the Ant Bailing Big Model. By 2023, the department has published more than 30 papers in top AI international journals and conferences.NextEvo's open source intelligent large-scale distributed deep learning system, DLRover, and the GPU memory + transmission optimization open source project, GLake, have filled the gaps in the domestic open source of technologies in the AI vertical.
