South Korea's Ministry of Science, Technology and Information Communication said on Friday that South Korea's SK Group and Amazon's cloud service provider AWS will invest about 7 trillion won ($5.11 billion) for a data center in the southern city of Ulsan, including $4 billion from AWS.
