At the meeting, the Artificial Intelligence Law (Model Law) 2.0 was released. It is reported that the Artificial Intelligence Law (Model Law) 2.0 is continuously updated on the basis of the previous version, which clearly distinguishes between the AI licensing and management system based on the implementation of the negative list and the filing system for AI activities outside the negative list, so as to avoid excessive compliance burdens from affecting the business expectations of the AI industry; attaches importance to the development of open source for AI, and proposes the promotion of the open source community and the formulation of specialized compliance guidelines, It has proposed support measures such as promoting the construction of open source communities, formulating special compliance guidelines, and clarifying rules for liability reduction and exemption; it has also constructed rules for intellectual property innovation, made special arrangements for the use of training data and personal information in the R&D process, and stipulated provisions for the protection of the results of AI-generated products and the determination of infringement.
