On August 10th, in a recent podcast by tech journalist Casey Newton, Reflit CEO Amjad Massad said that AI was making software engineering work within Reprit more "people-centred" and that coding intelligence was liberating engineers from high-strength knocks to more creative work. Masad mentioned that two years ago the company’s engineers “all banged on the keyboard and the office was full of keyboard sounds” and now “the environment becomes more dynamic”. He said the engineers are spending more time now..

On April 27, according to The Decoder, a working paper released by the Federal Reserve Council a day ago indicated that employment in programming-related positions in the United States had increased at a near-fast rate since CatGPT came online in November 2022. The research team cross-referenced the Ministry of Labour's occupational database with the Household Employment Survey, targeting programming-intensive jobs around 3.7% of the United States labour force. Before ChatGPT went online, such jobs grew at an annual rate of close to 51 TP3T; employment in the IT services and software development sector declined sharply after going online, and growth in employment nearly stagnated. Shu..

On April 17th, Anthony officially released last night the Claude Opus 4.7 flagship model, priced in line with the previous generation of Opus 4.6: $5 per million input token and $25 per million output, which can be called by developers through claude-opus-4-7. It was described that Opus 4.7 was able to maintain rigour and consistency in complex missions that operated over a long period of time and had the capability to validate the output in advance of the return. Cursor's internal evaluation..

On 3 February, according to news, artificial intelligence has already had a destabilizing effect on the way software is developed, and today a great deal of heavy and heavy work is being done in the programming process, both by a body of intelligence and sub-intelligence. However, developers are continuing to explore new interfaces and product patterns of human collaboration, and even the most advanced artificial intelligence laboratories can hardly keep up with this iterative rhythm. According to 1AI, the prevailing trend is the development of smart-body software, i.e., systems where artificial-intelligence intelligents can independently perform encoded tasks, and applications such as Claude Code and Work are typical of this model. With this..

August 3 news, according to foreign media Wccftech reported, Stack Overflow launched a survey of 49,000 professional developers, the purpose is to understand the degree of penetration of AI in programming work. As the big language model continues to change the way code is written and debugged, Stack Overflow, once the first choice of programmers, is facing an impact. The report shows that four out of five developers are relying on AI tools for their work. As workflows become more and more dependent on AI tools, many are beginning to model...

August 1, 2011 - Tech media outlet Windows Report published a blog post yesterday (July 31) reporting that Ollama, Inc. has launched a desktop app for Windows and macOS that allows ordinary users with no programming experience to play with AI models locally. Note: Ollama is a lightweight, extensible framework for building and running language models on a local computer. Users previously used Docker to containerize their deployments, but now users can experience the application directly on their desktop...

A few days ago, according to The Information reporter Stephanie Palazzolo, OpenAI's GPT-5 model has been improved in a number of areas, but according to the source, its performance is particularly strong in programming. Stephanie noted that GPT-5 not only performs better on academic tasks, but also on real-world programming tasks such as working with large and complex code bases. It also said that if GPT-5's performance on these more practical everyday programming tasks improves significantly, it would be a huge advantage to competitor Anth...

July 10, 2011 - With artificial intelligence (AI) rapidly reshaping every industry, what jobs can truly withstand the wave of automation? Microsoft co-founder and tech heavyweight Bill Gates recently shared a bold observation: programming will remain a "100% human-dominated" profession even after 100 years. In an interview with French radio station France Inter, Bill Gates confessed, "I'd be scared, too." He also pointed out that while AI may be transformative, its potential cannot be ignored. The World Economic...

A few days ago, Michael Truell, CEO of Cursor, a well-known AI programming tool, was interviewed by Lenny's Podcast. In the interview, Truell put forward the concept of "post-code era", emphasizing that the future of software development no longer relies on traditional programming languages, but rather shifts to a more abstract way of expressing logic that is closer to natural language. Based on this concept, Truell predicts that "the engineers of the future will no longer be the ones who memorize syntax, but the ones who understand the system and define the logic. They will be thinking more about 'what to accomplish' rather than 'how to...

White people do not write a line of code, you can also use the AI programming tools Cursor installation and use tutorials After installing the software, we open, the interface is as follows, do not do to understand, directly on the hands of the beginning of the actual operation. Then we enter the shortcut key ctrl + i, pop-up dialog box, here you can choose the model, we certainly choose Cluade model. Next, then enter the big brother's god Prompt, called Thinking Claude, very long, github Original article address: https://github.com/richards199999/...

On February 28, GitHub, one of the world's largest open source platforms, announced on its official website that GitHub Copilot Enterprise was officially released. GitHub Copilot, one of the core modules of GitHub Copilot Enterprise, is a GPT-4 model based on OpenAI, combined with more than ten years of real, safe and reliable code data. Developers can obtain, review, and expand code through text prompts. For example, write a Pac-Man game code in C language;…
