On October 28th, Google DeepMind yesterday released a new generation of world models, Genie 4, supporting real-time production of images, proto-audio and physical simulations, with single interactive simulations lasting about two minutes, which is about one minute longer than the previous generation. The user enters a text that generates an explorable virtual world and controls the movement of the role and adjusts the lens through the keyboard. In the course of the operation, the user can also continue to enter a hint to change the weather, add a person or object. Genie 4 supports original audio generation for real-time environmental sound, music and humans..

April 15 news, Google's AI research lab Google DeepMind announced today that it has successfully developed an AI model called DolphinGemma, which is designed to help scientists study dolphin "language" in depth and better understand how dolphins communicate. According to 1AI, DolphinGemma is based on Google's open Gemma family of models, and its training data comes from the Wild Dolphin Project, a nonprofit organization that focuses on the study of Atlantic spotted dolphins and their behavior....

April 8, 2011 - In the field of artificial intelligence, competition between Google, OpenAI and other tech giants is getting fiercer, and retaining top AI talent has become a major challenge. According to Business Insider, DeepMind, Google's artificial intelligence division, has adopted a "radical" non-compete agreement to prevent employees from going to competitors. The agreement prevents some employees in the UK from working for a competitor for a year after they leave the company. During this period, although the employee does not have to work, DeepMind will still pay him...
