A lot of people did Claude Cowork,
Ten minutes
And then back to ChatGPT
Plugin, context, workflow, automation -- none of this is a chat box
Why don't you use it
4 plugins for 02 | must be loaded first
Three files for Cowork to "know you"
04|4 work streams that directly save time
05 | document structure (key)
06 for a mandatory Meta Prompt
How to use "good" to "never leave"
Let's get this straight:
Most people don't work for one reason:
♪ Ta-da-da-da-da-da ♪
But its true positioning is not a chat tool. It's an Agent implementation system。
The difference is simple:
**Cowork:** help you with computers, files, browsers, processes
If you only talk to it, of course you think:
"So is it."
Why don't you use it
For the first time, a lot of people opened Cowork and did:
Ask two questions, try one or two, then quit。
The problem is..
All you can measure is, "Will it return you?" Not "can it work for you?"。
Cowork really strong place, never was much wiser to answer。
It's these four words:
Take over implementation。
So if you think it's "better than ChatGPT," it's not usually a model。
But you haven't put the three floors up yet:
- Plugin Capability
- Personal context
- Fixed Workstream
These three floors don't work. It's always just a chat box。
4 plugins for 02 | must be loaded first
The plug-in is not about adding flowers. Plugin is the bottom capacity。
I measured it myself, the four most crucial。
1 Production Plugin (first)
This must be the first priority。
Because it's the base of all automation。
Core competencies:
- Task management
- Schedule
- Autoflow
Common command:
/task create job
/schedule
/workflow execution process
Conclusions:
All the power behind you to make it work for you is basically built on it。
2 Markering Plugin
If you usually do content, this is practical。
What I used to do most:
/draft-content writing
/repurpose
/campaign content planning
Its greatest value is not “can write”。
It's just that once you feed your style files, it's gonna be like you。
A key detail:
👉 used in conjunction with brand-vice.md, the effect will clearly double。
3 Data Plugin
This is the most practical one for data processing。
Common command:
CSV analysis
/bild-dashboard generate charts
/sql generate query statements
I do two kinds of things every week:
Income analysis
You'll have to sort it out, run a schedule, look at the data. Now there are many steps it can take directly。
4 Sales plugin (optional)
IF YOU DO SALES, BD, CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT, IT'LL TAKE TIME。
Common command:
/research-account client research
/prep-call
/draft-outreach writes development letters
The most obvious value is:
Put 30 minutes ready, press three minutes。
Three files for Cowork to "know you"
The plugin is only "capacity"。
Really make Cowork work useful, actually Context Files。
That is:
You have to tell it who you are, how you speak, what you've been doing。
These three documents are the most important。
1 about-me.md
This document answers one question:
You are。
Suggested text:
- Your identity
- Your work
- Your expression
- Your schedule
Example:
NAME: XXX OCCUPATION: CONTENT CREATOR STYLE: DIRECT, SHORT WORKING HOURS: 9 - 18:00
Its role is:
You don't have to explain who you are every time。
2 brand-vice.md
If you do, this document is almost necessary。
You have to tell it:
- What kind of words do you use
- What word do you hate
- What's your tone
- What's the rhythm of your expression
Example:
LANGUAGE: NATURE, DIRECT AVOIDANCE: EMPTY WORDS, WORDS, AI PREFERENCES: SHORT SENTENCES, ORALIZATION, INFORMATION DENSITY
The practical effects are clear:
A lot of content is already available for the first time, and it's going to be a lot less。
.md
This document addresses:
It knows what you've been up to lately。
Recommendations
- Current Item
- Deadline
- Current Card Point
- Recent Priority
Example:
ITEM A: ONGOING DEADLINE: FRIDAY QUESTIONS: MISSING DATA PRIORITIES: HIGH
My advice:
• Weekly updates。
Once this document is maintained for a long time, Cowork will actually start "understand your work site."。
04|4 high-value work streams
Those in front are still ready to move。
What really makes you feel like "indispensible" is a work stream。
The four below, I think, are the easiest to see at once。
1 Morning workstation
Make it automatic:
- Open Chrome
- Load Gmail/ Calendar / Notion
- Summary of today ' s arrangements
- Remind the most important task
It's gonna take 10 minutes。
Almost 30 seconds now。
Such movements are not surprising, but they are done every day。
So once it's automated, it's pretty obvious。
2 Preparation of meetings
It's one of the worst scenes I ever felt。
One sentence is enough:
I've got a meeting in 30 minutes to sort out each other's information, corporate background, and give me three more points of communication。
It can collect, sort and refine the information you were supposed to do and crush it into a finished product。
The most annoying thing before the meeting was:
I don't know what to look at first. I don't know what to talk about。
now it can give you a pre-session available version。
3 Content distribution
This scene is especially for people with content。
You threw an article at it and made it:
- 5 Twitter
- 1 LinkedIn
- 1 newsletter
- 10 short video selections
So you're gonna have to take one platform down。
A full distribution can now be made in one instance。
One hour thing, 15 minutes, totally normal。
Four. End of business
It's the easiest to ignore, but practical one。
Let it do these things every day:
- Check for unfinished business today
- Let's go over tomorrow's schedule
- Give 3 points
You'll find a very direct change:
The anxiety will drop significantly。
Because a lot of people don't have a lot of things to do, but they're thinking about a lot of things。
This step, in essence, is to help you with the “closure”。
05 | why the file structure is critical
A lot of people only have plugins, not documents。
As a result:
It has to be repeated every time. It's like the first time。
So the catalogue structure has to be ready。
I suggest that this be the simplest:
i'm sorry, but i'm sorry
about-me.md
- brand-vice.md
ideas -current-projects.md
- skills/
_other organiser
The most important value of this structure is not “clean”。
They are:
👉 Lets each conversation take its full context。
Once the document structure is stable, Cowork's performance will be significantly more stable。
06 for a mandatory Meta Prompt
If you can only pick one of the most valuable things, I'll pick this one。
Give it a general rule:
You're my executive assistant. You can operate computers, files, browsers. When I give you a mission: 1. Ask you 2. Tell me what you're doing 3
It looks simple. But the role is particularly significant。
It's essentially giving Cowork a working boundary。
📌 Value is one word:
👉 TO AVOID THE LOW-LEVEL ERROR OF 90%。
In particular:
- Error
- Wrong
- No marks left
- Untransparent implementation
These problems can be pre-empted by this rule。
How do you get from "good use" to "infinity"
Cowork's the strongest place, not a single-point feature。
It's these three things that come together:
Plugin + File + Workflow
Plug-in gives it power. The document gives it context. Work flows to fix it。
It's only then that it really began to look like an “implementing assistant”。
Final summary
If you want to really use Cowork now, it's complicated not once。
Three things first:
1. Loading of Projectivity Plugins
2. about-me.md
3. Run a simple workflow
As long as this walk runs, your feelings for it change。
