Step3.5 Flash: Pre-training + Training Framework All released to OpenClaw Top2

On 4 March, the China Large Model Entrepreneurship Step Star, following the Open Source Step3.5 Flash model, opened the model ' s pre-training weight (Base), Midtrain weight and accompanying Steptron training framework. It is understood that Step3.5 Flash uses a thin MoE structure, with a total parameter of 1960 billion, but only about 11 billion parameters were activated in the reasoning, with a maximum of 350 TPS in the single request code task. The model is designed specifically for the Agent scene and is performing well in complex reasoning and long-chain missions, which are officially described as having the same depth as the top-level closed-source model. To date, the model has been downloaded more than 300,000 times on Hugging Face and has been placed first on OpenRouter Trending; it has risen to the top two in the famous open source project OpenClaw (“Ly lobster”).
